The place is impeccable, but the price is very high; unfortunately, the location doesn't help; the price should be more reasonable. Furthermore, if they have any promotions, don't believe them. They blatantly deceive you with posts and advertising, and when it comes time to book, it's all a lie. They give you any excuse not to honor the offers. On the other hand, the manager lacks tact when dealing with customers. Although he performs his job effectively and efficiently, he doesn't have the judgment to handle different cases depending on the clientele. And that, even though it's the harsh truth, should be the cornerstone of a manager. Otherwise, management would be run by an AI, especially given the current situation in the country, where actions must be adapted to the different problems that the range of clients might present.
