Excellent experience! The staff were very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the whole process. They explained everything clearly. I especially appreciate the kindness and excellent customer service. They went above and beyond to help me, which I really value. The facility is clean, well-organized, and easy to access.
Honestly, it is an amazing place for storage with locks available and plenty of flexible options to choose from. From convenient small storage options to huge ones where you could move all the contents of your house, at a good price. I went to their location directly as I required space immediately and the process was done quickly. Great friendly staff aswell, I would say thanks to Luca for showing me around the place and helping with everything.
Safestore Tegel is the absolute best!Luca, Tony & Petra are wonderful team, and are always super friendly and helpful. It is so stressful to move and they make it feel effortless with all their kind assistance.The units are very spacious with super high ceilings, trolleys are easily available and the elevators are huge to make moving easy.Easy accessible location, plenty of parking and flexible contract. There are not enough stars in the rating, they deserve a 10!
