Excellent service. Easy to access and use. The storage boxes are clean and the facility provides everything you need to carry the load. I recommend this company for storage.
SafeStore Berlin Tegel was a great experience overall. The building and my unit were very clean and well maintained, and everything felt orderly from the moment I arrived.Security is strong with cameras around the facility, controlled access, and secured doors, which gave me a lot of confidence. The staff were also outstanding: genuinely friendly, helpful, and they treated me really well. That kind of service makes a big difference.A couple of minor negatives: the hallways are a bit narrow and the elevator is tight when moving larger loads with a cart. The lock system works well, even if it does not feel like the most premium one out there.The location is a bit remote, but there is plenty of parking. Overall, I would definitely recommend it.
The place is really good, the facilities are perfect and all the staff is really nice, very attentive, always responds quickly and provides incredible service. I highly recommend them and will definitely rent storage from them again when needed.
