Unfortunately, no one is responding to my request.Edit: A Mr. F. Zauner contacted me on July 30th, but unfortunately, I didn't receive a response a day later. Truly terrible customer service. When I called today, I was told that unfortunately, nothing could be done. And that all departments were apparently completely overwhelmed. I wouldn't book again...Edit 2: My request has now been taken care of very nicely, and I'm satisfied with the solution.Edit 3: No one is responding to my renewed request. Unfortunately, they are forced to leave a negative review on Google. I expect a response within a few days ;)
Easy booking, I'm very happy with the box. It's a great option, especially if you don't have much space in your apartment.
Easy booking and expert advice during the on-site inspection. The storage facility is dry and equipped with sensors that measure temperature and humidity. This was important to me because I store relatively delicate furniture there.
