Unfortunately, no one is responding to my inquiry.Edit: A Mr. F. Zauner contacted me on July 30th, but unfortunately, I received no response to my reply the following day. Truly terrible customer service. When I called today, I was told that unfortunately, nothing could be done. And that all departments are completely overwhelmed. I wouldn't book with them again…Edit 2: My inquiry was now handled very nicely, and I am satisfied with the solution.Edit 3: No one is responding to my renewed inquiry. Unfortunately, I'm forced to leave a negative review on Google. I expect a response within a few days. ;)
Easy booking, I'm very happy with the box. Especially if you don't have much space in your apartment, it's a great thing 😊
Easy booking and expert advice during the on-site visit. The storage unit is dry and equipped with sensors that measure temperature and humidity. This was important to me because I store relatively delicate furniture there.
