I've been waiting for weeks for a viewing appointment, and today, when I was about to leave, I received an automated, impersonal email saying the viewing appointment had been canceled. It was supposed to have been arranged by phone. I find it impossible. No alternative was offered, nothing. I certainly won't be renting a storage unit here! Reading the reviews here doesn't bode well. First, work on your customer service!
How can I reach you? My boxes are underwater and I can't get hold of you.
