I waited weeks for a viewing appointment, and today, just as I was about to leave, I received an automated, impersonal email informing me that the appointment had been canceled. Apparently, it had taken place over the phone. I find this unacceptable. No alternative was offered, nothing. I certainly won't be renting a Storebox here! And after reading the reviews here, I have a bad feeling about it. First and foremost, you need to work on your customer service!
How can I reach you? My boxes are underwater and I can't get hold of you.
The login details arrived quickly and digitally. However, the support and communication are rather poor; you're given the runaround and strung along. No one gets back to you. Numerous calls and emails go unanswered.
