Warning: One star too many! There was a break-in in the spring of 2024, and the damage was only paid a year later due to intense legal pressure, even though the insured value had previously been adjusted to the stored value. Storebox hasn't even responded to the police: they are still waiting for Storebox to respond before filing the charges. They claimed we didn't have a contract with Storebox, but with a single person, and therefore all claims are invalid. The official company headquarters is in Vienna, the individual is German, but the money is dubiously debited to Ireland!Furthermore, everything is poorly secured.No parking in front of the door. Unthinkable for a Storebox.Conclusion: never again! Stay away, even if there is a severe shortage of space in Hamburg. There are other alternatives.
