Achtung 1 Stern zu viel! Im Frühjahr 2024 wurde eingebrochen, der Schaden wurde nur durch hohen anwaltlichen Druck ein Jahr später bezahlt, obwohl zuvor der Versicherungswert auf den lagernden Wert angepasst wurde. Selbst der Polizei hat die Storebox nicht geantwortet: man wartet noch auf Rückmeldung der Storebox für das Ausstellen der Anzeigen. Es wurde behauptet wir hätten keinen Vertrag mit der Storebox, sondern mit einer einzelnen Person, daher seien alle Forderungen ungültig. Der offizielle Firmensitz ist in Wien, die einzelne Person ist ein Deutscher, das Geld aber wird ganz dubios nach Irland abgebucht!Zudem ist alles schlecht abgesichert.Keine Parkmöglichkeiten vor der Tür. Für eine Storebox undenkbar.Fazit: nie wieder! Finger davon, auch wenn in Hamburg der Platzmangel groß ist. Es gibt andere Alternativen.
