Unfortunately, I absolutely cannot recommend this furniture company.We recently moved to Hamburg, and our apartment was completely empty. When we placed the order, we were assured that the furniture would have a maximum delivery time of 12 weeks (3 months) – with the added assurance that it might even arrive sooner, as we urgently needed furniture.➡️ In reality, we waited almost 8 months.After the 12 weeks had passed, nothing happened. Then came a series of excuses:• Once, we were told that the truck had tipped over en route and everything had been returned damaged.• Weeks later, we were told that the table and furniture had arrived, but the chairs weren't ready yet.• After more than 6 months, we were suddenly told that the chairs we had selected from the beginning could no longer be manufactured, despite having photos, agreements, and proof.When we then tried to cancel the order, we were told that this wasn't possible because the goods had supposedly already arrived. We felt pressured to accept an alternative solution.• After a total of 7 months, we received replacement chairs, which we hadn't originally wanted.After 8 months, the final chairs finally arrived – with sharp edges and poor workmanship, despite our warranty.➡️ From that point on, no one was reachable.Multiple calls were ignored as soon as the money was paid. Complaints went unanswered.Only after we went public with our experience did the company contact us again and promise to rectify the situation – however, this proved problematic once more and escalated to the point where the police had to be called because employees refused to leave our house.Conclusion:• Extreme delivery delays • Contradictory statements • Unreliable warranty processing • Poor accessibility after payment • A very stressful and distressing experienceI strongly advise against buying furniture from this company if you value reliability, transparency, and customer service.I have documented all evidence, messages, photos, and videos.— Mohsen Jafari Familyjafari
