Stay away!! Even one star is too much!!!!I simply cannot understand the many positive reviews here. My personal experience with this company was extremely disappointing.During the sales consultation, a very professional impression was conveyed, and a delivery time of 10–12 weeks was promised. After this period had passed, and I inquired about the status in the 13th week, I was suddenly informed that, according to the terms and conditions, a delivery time of up to 16 weeks was possible.Now, 18 weeks have passed without delivery or even a concrete delivery date being given. What I find particularly problematic is that a deposit was insisted upon, which makes canceling the purchase significantly more difficult, and you'd have to chase after your money if necessary.Based on my personal experience, I unfortunately cannot recommend this company. In my opinion, communication, transparency, and reliability do not meet the expectations conveyed during the sales consultation.In addition, I have personally gotten the impression that negative reviews sometimes disappear. I experienced this myself. Nevertheless, I stand by my assessment and continue to stand behind my described experience.

I placed an order on August 15, 2025, at the Halstenbek branch. We were told at the time that delivery would take 10-12 weeks. Because we were moving to a new apartment, I specifically asked if it would be possible to store the goods at your warehouse in case they arrived earlier. The answer was, of course, "No problem." We moved into the new apartment on December 1, 2025.To this day, we haven't received the goods. We were never contacted by them to get any information; we always had to chase them up and ask where the goods were. Then, in December 2025, my husband received a call from the Hamburg branch, and the woman said the goods would arrive in mid-January, and as an apology, we could choose a rug from the Hamburg branch. Naturally, the goods hadn't arrived by mid-January. I spoke with the woman who had told my husband the goods would arrive in mid-January. Suddenly, she said she had nothing to do with the Halstenbek branch; she had other customers. When I asked her why she had said the goods would arrive in mid-January, she said she had been informed by the Halstenbek branch. A grace period for delivery has been granted. Therefore, I will withdraw from the contract and claim damages.-They are not trustworthy people.I don't understand why it takes almost six months for a sofa to arrive.

Unfortunately, I absolutely cannot recommend this furniture company.We recently moved to Hamburg, and our apartment was completely empty. When we placed the order, we were assured that the furniture would have a maximum delivery time of 12 weeks (3 months) – with the added assurance that it might even arrive sooner, as we urgently needed furniture.➡️ In reality, we waited almost 8 months.After the 12 weeks had passed, nothing happened. Then came a series of excuses:• Once, we were told that the truck had tipped over en route and everything had been returned damaged.• Weeks later, we were told that the table and furniture had arrived, but the chairs weren't ready yet.• After more than 6 months, we were suddenly told that the chairs we had selected from the beginning could no longer be manufactured, despite having photos, agreements, and proof.When we then tried to cancel the order, we were told that this wasn't possible because the goods had supposedly already arrived. We felt pressured to accept an alternative solution.• After a total of 7 months, we received replacement chairs, which we hadn't originally wanted.After 8 months, the final chairs finally arrived – with sharp edges and poor workmanship, despite our warranty.➡️ From that point on, no one was reachable.Multiple calls were ignored as soon as the money was paid. Complaints went unanswered.Only after we went public with our experience did the company contact us again and promise to rectify the situation – however, this proved problematic once more and escalated to the point where the police had to be called because employees refused to leave our house.Conclusion:• Extreme delivery delays • Contradictory statements • Unreliable warranty processing • Poor accessibility after payment • A very stressful and distressing experienceI strongly advise against buying furniture from this company if you value reliability, transparency, and customer service.I have documented all evidence, messages, photos, and videos.— Mohsen Jafari Familyjafari
