We used the storage facility for business purposes and are incredibly happy to have found this place! Affordable rents and, more importantly, excellent service and solution-oriented staff! Thanks to the management, we were always able to work well with suppliers and shipping companies (who, unfortunately, often didn't do their jobs as well as EinFach Platz storage facilities). The facilities and equipment on site also make storage easy, quick, and efficient! We would definitely use them again!

I am extremely satisfied throughout. From the very beginning, I received professional support from the landlord. Shortly after submitting my inquiry, I was able to spontaneously view the storage unit. I actually wanted to rent a storage unit twice the size out of concern that everything might not fit in. However, the landlord gave me competent advice and recommended a much smaller unit. They weren't interested in the money here, but in customer satisfaction, which I really appreciate. The warehouse is very clean and well monitored. The distances are short, there's a great loading zone in front of the entrance, and there are several large trolleys in the warehouse for transporting heavy items. The contract was processed smoothly, and the landlord was always available by phone throughout the entire rental period. I stored furniture here during the construction phase and would gladly come back. Thank you very much for the EXCELLENT SERVICE!
