There's nothing wrong with the warehouse itself, but the customer service is rather mediocre to poor.I had a minor issue, and the service representative was only moderately helpful.However, the owner was able to assist me with my problem. He was very friendly and accommodating.Unfortunately, changing the payment method is still problematic.I hope this will improve in the future.
I used the self-storage unit for several months and was completely satisfied. Access was easy and secure, and the units were clean and dry. I especially appreciated the straightforward booking process and 24/7 access with the access code. A clear recommendation for anyone looking for a flexible and reliable storage solution!
