There's nothing wrong with the warehouse itself, but the customer service is rather mediocre to poor.I had a minor issue, and the service representative was only moderately helpful.However, the owner was able to assist me with my problem. He was very friendly and accommodating.Unfortunately, changing the payment method is still problematic.I hope this will improve in the future.
