Absolutely unacceptable service. I have been renting a storage unit from this company, yet for over three weeks I have been completely unable to access my own storage. The access code does not work, there is no spare key, and the company has failed to provide any solution. Despite repeated calls, I was told to “wait”, explicitly forbidden from hiring a locksmith (even at my own cost), and then no one ever followed up. I am paying rent while being denied access to my own belongings. This appears to be a clear breach of contract and shows a total lack of responsibility and customer care. This situation has caused significant inconvenience and stress. If you expect secure, professional, and reliable storage services, I strongly advise looking elsewhere.

Scammers! I gave them the 14day notice for my 3month period. They still extended it for 3 months extra and demanded payment. Watch your contracts everyone!

The biggest disaster. I booked a storage unit for a lot of money, arrived, and found it full of other people's belongings. I will immediately cancel my contract and demand my money back. Furthermore, several fire alarms are beeping; perhaps the batteries need replacing. I strongly advise against using this storage unit. I'm attaching a photo as proof.

Great! There wasn’t any paperjob :) 5 min and you able to use your storage box. Big advantage that this service is absolutely contactless. After you paid, you get a special code to open a box. Prices are reasonable (I booked 1 month for 51 eur, but if you book for a longer period it will cheaper. Close to public transport. Absolutely recommend! One small request - please add English localization to your site, there are a lot of expats in Berlin, for them your service is very useful, but we don’t know Deutsch well
