Fast, uncomplicated, very friendlyAfter a disastrous experience with another storage provider, I found this one and I'm absolutely thrilled. Contact by phone was very friendly and accommodating, and signing the contract was very quick and easy.The storage space here is also a bit larger and yet still cheaper than with the other provider.While access to this location is limited, it's more than sufficient for the time frame. The facility has trolleys that make it easy to transport belongings from the car to the storage unit.When I had a minor issue, I received immediate and uncomplicated assistance on-site!
We were so glad to have found a storage option in such an urgent situation! The rooms were clean and well-secured, and the trolleys were gratefully accepted. If needed again, I would rent space immediately and without hesitation, as storage space is in high demand. Thank you so much for the rental and the friendly service.
I was very satisfied with the storage unit. Due to my move to another city, I had to terminate the rental agreement. Furthermore, the contract processing and termination were flawless, smooth, and correct. I highly recommend Mr. Kliem.
