I highly recommend mybox Zurich Ost. I rented a 5m^3 box for four years. When I recently went to get my stuff everything was in the exact same condition I left it. Staff is very competent and friendly, very well organized. The place is great, felt like my belongings were safe there. Absolutely recommend it!

We have rented a storage unit at Fröbelstrasse 10, 8032 Zurich, for over 10 years. We are completely satisfied with the service provided by MYBOX. A key advantage is the location, as the units are located in the heart of Zurich. The units are securely locked (three lock lines). The corridor is video-monitored. A scooter is available to customers free of charge in the corridor.The MYBOX office responds quickly, friendly, and competently. Another plus: There is no notice period, and if the unit is vacated earlier, the excess rent is refunded.

I used a large storage room at MYBOX space in East Zurich while I did a stay abroad. The entire process of renting it, paying for it, getting access to it, and also closing it and terminating the rent was flawless. The MYBOX team is very responsive and attentive. I was very positively surprised when the rent was terminated and overpaid rent refunded within a day. The installation was always clean and tidy, never had problems accessing it, and everything worked well. One big plus is the central location, even though the entrance is a bit tricky if you go by car (you have to go down a relatively narrow ramp). Overall, great option that I highly recommend.
