I was originally scheduled for a consultation on January 23, 2026, but then they changed it to January 20, 2026. The advisor was pushy with his questions about my situation and in general. I wish I had a good advisor who understands me better; I find this whole situation unacceptable. I'm being pressured. I've worked long hours as a father, earning a low wage, and I'm currently looking for a job. Right now, I'm only getting rejections. I'm over 50, and here, people just focus on money and complain about the lack of support. I'm left to fend for myself, and I find that sad here in Switzerland. The RAV (Regional Employment Center) in Regensdorf is below average in my opinion. They treat me like dirt; there's no respect. They need new people who are more understanding.

We traveled there to find and buy progressive lenses. The optician told us to look for suitable glasses ourselves and to contact her if needed. She stayed behind the counter at the register the entire time, clearly wasn't interested in advising us, and only approached us very reluctantly when we asked questions.We've been waiting for two weeks now for a response, but so far, we haven't received any message.I definitely won't be buying glasses there.
