I was originally scheduled for a consultation on January 23, 2026, but then they changed it to January 20, 2026. The advisor was pushy with his questions about my situation and in general. I wish I had a good advisor who understands me better; I find this whole situation unacceptable. I'm being pressured. I've worked long hours as a father, earning a low wage, and I'm currently looking for a job. Right now, I'm only getting rejections. I'm over 50, and here, people just focus on money and complain about the lack of support. I'm left to fend for myself, and I find that sad here in Switzerland. The RAV (Regional Employment Center) in Regensdorf is below average in my opinion. They treat me like dirt; there's no respect. They need new people who are more understanding.

I came for the appointment but that person didnt want to speak with me in english even I called and told him I dont have anyone to help me with translation. Mr. Marc Heitzmann said no problem! Today he didnt say one single word in english so I asked him if he can end this meeting because its pointless. He started speak perfectly english and wrote me the paper about canceling my RAV.
