I’ve had a great experience with MyPlace. The staff are always quick to respond and super helpful with any request. Everything has been smooth and hassle-free—highly recommend!
The place is good. The staff was responsive both via email and phone. It was also easy to quit it (just 2 weeks in advance). Yet be aware that to book it, you are obliged to do Dauerauftrag (standing order payment), but they send you invoices with full payment details once again. You should be careful not to pay twice.
I asked for a Caution and I got it right away after only using their service for two weeks. There was nothing wrong at all about the product, I just realized I did not need it in my process. Of course the Caution being completely OK is not known until the Caution is deposited at the bank. Astrid and Eric are very honest, that is what stuck out to me. My caution naturally was OKd by Astrid and Eric.
