Lightning-fast rental with no problems. No one in Basel was as reputable and helpful as placeB at the moment. Very friendly and understandable support. I was helped immediately and without detours. Everything was quickly explained and clarified over the phone, the rest via email. Within an hour all the necessary documents were exchanged via email and since then I have been able to get to my box, which I have been renting for half a year now, at mostly the most unusual times. I always have peace and quiet and, above all, easy access at any time of day or night. Nothing is missing. You can open the main gate with the app as you arrive and even drive right up to the loading ramp. There is also a horn truck for heavy loads and a very large elevator that goes right up to the well-secured storage box on the 2nd basement floor. Access there is also well secured and can only be accessed with the app. When the truck is opened, a small truck is available to provide relief even after you have entered. This truck can also be connected separately but can be quickly and easily accessed via the app. So best recommendations from me!👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻💋
