Clean and functional
Lightning-fast rental without any problems... No one in Basel has been as reliable and helpful as placeB right now. Very friendly and easy-to-understand support. I received immediate and straightforward assistance. Everything was explained and clarified quickly over the phone, and the rest was handled via email. Within an hour, all the necessary documents were exchanged via email, and since then, I can access my storage unit, which I've been renting for six months now, even at the most unusual hours. I always have peace and quiet and, above all, easy access at any time of day or night. Nothing is lacking. You can open the main gate with the app as you approach and even drive right up to the loading ramp. There's also a heavy-duty truck and a very large elevator that goes directly to the well-secured storage unit floor on the second basement level. Access there is also secure and only possible with the app. A small truck is available after the gate is opened to relieve pressure, and it can be easily accessed via the app. Highly recommended from me! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻💋
