One of their property managers that’s supposed to “help” you with any rising issues, hates his job and is the rudest you’ll deal with, and the head office is barely reactive. To provide details, I spent 2.5 months out of 3 months with no internet, and no ability to work from home, and the property manager did not help at all and would respond with comments such as “you need x speed of internet to be functional” or “have you tried taking the wireless device with you wherever you moved” among other comments, and the head office didn’t do anything but send the same person over again hoping it would get resolved.
Stay clear of this chain and try blueground instead.

This is a very great option for newcomers - furnished apartment with all the necessary kitchen kits & towels, house cleaning every 2 weeks, very flexible renting terms, and central location which is very close to train station and downtown. The 1.5 room is not big but with enough space for one person living here temporarily. The staffs are always friendly and helpful, and made my 1st month moving to a new country so much easier. The only cons: 1. If you prefer somewhere quiet, this can be noisy since the tram line is right in front of the building and there are bars and restaurants close by. 2. Some people already mentioned the internet is not stable, luckily I go to office to work otherwise it is going to be tough if you want to work from home.

The internet is very bad and keep disconnecting all the time, for someone who would like to work from home it's really not recommended. They use only Wifi with Grants Pass which get disconnected every 24 hours. on top, the wifi is available only in the living room. I reach out few months ago about that and still waiting to get it fix...
The bedroom is on the tram side, so there is a lot of noise if you wish to open the window during the night.
the cleaning service was ok, but when we left the apartment for a month, they just stop coming although it was part of the service, until we email them about that.
