I can totally recommend this company. The service was first class. Polite and helpful from beginning to end. The location is not far from Basel centre. The unit was a perfect size for us and the system very easy to use and well set up. Thank you Zebrabox
excellent, efficient and functional storage facility; accessible 24/7, with subterranean parking lots. All levels have access to the industrial size elevator, with pallet trucks available. The staff is super friendly and always helpful, never had any issues, they were even extremely nice when I lost my keys and needed replacement... best option for storage ! I am leaving because of relocation but I am leaving as a happy customer ...
I was very happy with Zebrabox - used for a few weeks to store various things whilst relocating to Basel - they gave me the option of a number of a number of different sized units in two different locations and were very flexible and helpful whilst I was making up my mind. The unit was very clean and maintained a sensible temperature even during very hot summer weather. Recommended.
Great, secure facility. The team have always been super helpful and very responsive to whatever questions I've had. They also have been flexible with the Covid-19 situation, which is greatly appreciated. If you need somewhere to store your things in Basel, please use Zebrabox!
