Service, location, and handling were flawless; questions were answered promptly. All employees are competent and helpful. Excellent. Anyone needing temporary storage will be very well served here.
The staff at the office in Allschwil are really friendly and helpful. The lady I spoke to had perfect English. I was not sure yet who would drive the van we hired, so she kept that open until we picked it up, then finalized the paperwork. Very accommodating.
Friendly, efficient, helpful service. Good quality storage space.
