Overall pretty good. Easy to set up and access (everything is through the app). What could be improved is the smell of garbage through the halls before you reach the storage room, and if the doors could self-open and prop open even for 10-15 seconds instead of having to put everything down every few steps to get through the next door (especially since there are so many of them before you actually get to your unit!). But in all still a pretty easy process and clean facility once you are in the actual place b section of the building.

Renting PlaceB since 2023 and I'm absolutely satisfied with the level of service I receive. Very convenient app, 24/7 access, and not a single issue ever happened.

New, Modern, Clean, Safe and very Central place to store your stuff. The online registration and payment was easy and the whatsapp support was amazingly quick even been outside the working hours. I couldn't recommend this place enough!

Great experience. From the beginning the communication with them has been fantastic (in our case we've been in touch with Agota, who is really friendly).We had to rent our storage "blindly" since we were moving from another country to Zürich and they have been really flexible allowing us to change it in case it was too small (which hopefully wasn't the case). Besides, they also recommended us a central location (Müllerstrasse), which was perfect when we had to move out because you have connections by public transport almost everywhere just a few minutes walking-distance.The access to the storage is 100% automatic, which means that you can access whenever you want. It is very clean and safe, we never felt that our things could be damaged or stolen. There is also enough space to park outside, a truck brought all our stuff and it managed to park just in front of the entrance with no issues.Just one minor thing from our side: the connection with some mobile phone providers is very bad downstairs and you need to cross one door to see the board with the wifi password. We had to try many times to open it because we had almost no signal, so it would be a great idea to share the wifi name and password with the customers beforehand.
