I was looking for a storage unit for a month while I sorted out a move, and I stumbled upon LocaKase quite by chance. I'm so glad I did. The person who helped me wanted to know exactly what I needed to store before suggesting anything. As a result, I was directed to a smaller unit than the one I had in mind. It was more than enough, and it cost me less. Honestly, being advised against spending more isn't something that happens to me very often. The rest went smoothly: clean facilities, easy access, and they took a couple of minutes each time I came in to check if everything was alright. I called a few times with questions, and I always got answers the same day. Friendly and very attentive people. I highly recommend them.

Excellent welcome and impeccable service. I received very good advice. Prices, promotions, everything was explained very clearly, as well as how the center operates, which, by the way, is completely safe. Thank you to Adrien for his hospitality.

The facilities are spotless, incredibly well-organized, and easily accessible. The manager, Ms. Luna, is very responsive and friendly, and does everything she can to make things easier and help her clients. She's even extended her hours to meet the demand... and the prices, including insurance, are very reasonable considering the services provided :) Since I like to be thorough, the only thing missing is bright lighting in all the units and large signs to make it easy to find your way around upon arrival for me to give it 6 stars! See you soon, and congratulations on making storage so enjoyable!!

I rented a storage unit in this warehouse for nine months and I wanted to share my complete satisfaction. From the very first days, I felt completely reassured by the services offered: being able to access my belongings seven days a week is a real convenience for staying organized, and the security is simply impeccable with 24/7 active cameras and a very effective alarm system. You can tell the place is maintained with great care. But beyond the excellent facilities, what truly makes the difference here is the human touch. During these nine months of rental, I needed to contact the manager several times with various questions. Everything always went extremely smoothly. She was exceptionally responsive in providing me with clear answers. She is a genuinely kind person, always very pleasant and smiling. It's a real pleasure to deal with someone who places so much importance on her customers and the upkeep of her premises. In short, impeccable service combined with excellent value for money. You can leave your belongings there with complete confidence; I highly recommend it!
