I bought a chaise lounge sofa over seven years ago, and today we went to buy another one. Three years ago, my daughter bought another sofa, and she's delighted with it too. Three years ago, we were also helped by David, an excellent professional and a lovely person; he gave us wonderful service. I'll upload a photo when I get the new sofa.

I'm so glad I found this shop. They have beautiful sofas and living room furniture at very affordable prices. We've bought a sofa and some bedside tables so far, but we plan to come back to buy more. David was very helpful and gave us great advice.

A regrettable experience. I bought a folding coffee table (€199) and when I got to the checkout to pay for it, they told me that home delivery was mandatory since they had to bring it from their warehouse. The cost of delivery "at the foot of the truck" is about €40, and if you want them to bring it to your home (which I find normal since delivery isn't the cheapest for a "cheap" table), it's about €10 more. I suggested I return to the store to pick it up, but the guy who helped me told me that was completely IMPOSSIBLE. A few days later, they called me to confirm the delivery date and only gave me two available dates when I wasn't home. Their solution was to leave it at the store and have me pick it up again, when they had previously informed me on the day of purchase that this was impossible. To which I asked the girl if the cost of delivery to the foot of the truck (at the door of MI PORTAL) would be paid to me since I had to go to the store and she told me that she didn't know very well but that she assumed that yes, and foolish me to trust her I agreed and said okay. When I called the store to confirm that they had my order again, before going by car to pick it up since it was heavy, I asked if the delivery would be paid (since I hadn't received anything at home obviously) and the guy who helped me told me no and that I should speak to customer service and gave me a number to call and my surprise was a girl with a shield who only transmitted to me that whatever had happened to me was my problem and that the company policy was like that and that there were no other solutions. To which I replied that it was fine, that instead of going to the store to pick up the package, I was going to exchange it completely. And here's the best part: THEY DO NOT GIVE YOU REFUNDS ONCE YOU PURCHASE IT unless it's due to a manufacturing defect. Once assembled at home, it has three visible marks, which honestly seems insignificant to me after the service I received and the fact that they charged me shipping for almost 25% of the total cost of the product, and in the end, they didn't even give me the money. It's a disaster, and I won't trust this company again.

I bought a table and chairs for the living room and a small table for the sofa, and the guy treated me wonderfully. Plus, the delivery took exactly as long as he said, and they delivered it to my house without any problems. The tables and chairs are fantastic and offer good value.
