My experience with Trastown was complicated because, although it started off very positive, the problem I encountered ended up having serious repercussions.The good: the hiring process was excellent, Ivana helped me with everything, she was friendly and efficient, and the prices seemed competitive.What caught my attention from the beginning was that access to the storage unit was only possible with a code provided by the company and not with my own lock. They left a pallet and a cart inside as a courtesy, but that also made me think they had access to the space even though the code was supposedly "unique."The serious problem occurred on Saturday when I went to drop off my belongings: the storage unit door wouldn't close. I tried contacting them through every possible means throughout the weekend (email, Instagram, Google, Facebook, etc.) without success. I had an international flight on Monday, and since I couldn't leave my belongings safe, I had to change it, at an approximate cost of $2,000 USD.They responded on Monday morning, sent someone to fix the problem, refunded me for the service, and apologized. However, they told me it had happened before and that they don't regularly check the doors because they have too many storage units.Good intentions and good initial service, but a faulty system that, in my case, had very costly consequences. Therefore, I cannot recommend them.

Excellent service!! Even though it was a holiday, they helped me sort everything out and arrange everything so I could use the thing!! Highly recommended!!
