I called to request the payment link so I could pay on time, but they refused to send it, claiming I had to wait a few more days and that if the payment was returned, I would have to pay an additional €10, which is precisely what I'm trying to avoid. They don't accept prepayment because they prefer to penalize all late payments.

Everything was perfect, simple and quick, from signing up and using it to communicating with customer service to resolve any questions. In my case, it was a one-off need and everything went wonderfully. Highly recommended.

I was really stressed out looking for storage units. While driving by, I noticed they were advertising what I was looking for near where I live, Fuencarral. I got the phone number and called them. The service they offered was amazing; it felt like I'd known them forever. They were incredibly helpful and offered solutions. They are very friendly and approachable. That's why I decided to go with them (Redtras). The price was also very reasonable. The storage units are clean and secure, and the app is very easy to use. If you have any questions, they answer them right away and are very attentive and friendly. I encourage you to contact them. Best regards.
