Premium box does not automatically mean premium service. I moved from Garagepark Noordwijk to Garagepark Wateringen, and so far, my experience has not been very good. Not only does the toilet sometimes not work, but yesterday the following also happened.I came to my garage box with my children and a small trailer to work on my motor vehicles. During the day, we decided to grab a bite to eat, so we locked the box, uncoupled the trailer, and left it parked in front of our box, where it was absolutely not in anyone's way. When we returned, we found a sign indicating that this is not allowed. In itself, nothing serious, but it does give the feeling that you have immediately done something wrong.Moreover, I do not like the way they communicate. My phone number is known, and there is also an office on the premises, so employees could easily have approached me for a normal conversation. Instead, it feels as if enforcement action is taken immediately, without making contact first.There are several small things like this. In Garagepark Noordwijk, for example, there was a separate parking area for vehicles where you could leave them. There is nothing like that here. In short, so far I don't really feel at ease here.
