We had a very disappointing experience. We requested our belongings back but they were unable to deliver them because they did not have a driver available. This caused us unnecessary costs and a lot of stress, as all of our things were with them. They did not take responsibility or provide clear communication about when we would receive our items. In the end, our belongings were returned after a full month’s delay.
I had a very good experience with Kubox. It's a very convenient service. Moreover, the Kubox team is very helpful. I called them a few times with questions, and they were always happy to help. For example, I called before ordering a box to double-check the size, and the representative gave me good advice. I would definitely recommend Kubox to others.
