The staff answering my calls couldn't have been more helpful. Booking my unit was really straightforward. And I'm very happy with the security of the site, the security of my unit, and the cleanliness and insulation of it too. All round, I would highly recommend this company.
Having recently moved home, I had the need to acquire some temporary storage of my possessions. The staff at Now Self Storage were very helpful, obliging and professional. I even had to acquire additional storage at short notice and they were able to provide this. Everything is arranged via telephone and email (to read and sign contracts), and the processing was very swift, enabling me to get hold of the storage same day. Prices were also competitive compared to other companies. They were also able to offer insurance of my items whilst in storage. Brilliant service and recommended.
Would thoroughly recommend Now Storage Solutions. Thoroughly professional from booking to instructions for access. We tried more local storage companies, but found them to be dismissive and unhelpful. After all you need to be sure you have a secure booking well in advance of your move. To be told to ring back a week before your move when they MIGHT have something is not exactly reassuring!
This is my first time using storage and Now Storage made it easy. The site was clean, well organised and easy to use. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. Would highly recommend.
