Amazing friendly service. Easy to set up storage hire and no hidden costs, just insurance to add. Moved in as soon as paperwork was signed online. Like other reviewers, I was stuck in a tricky situation & had to move quick. I had also been fleeced before with companies putting their prices up all of a sudden! Now Storage helped me out and explained how easy it would be to hire space. Good introductory offer and handy trollies to use. 😊. It could really do with more light in the individual unit itself, as the sensor lights keep going off and on and I cant see that well. Had to bring my head torch. Other than that, it's ideal and clean. Toilet available too, which is handy for someone like me who has a medical condition.⭐

Storage containers are spacious and incredibly clean!! Setting up my account was easy and the staff were very helpful. Access is easy, and everybody gets a personal code. The insurance is cheap, and was easy to set up. Navigating the containers is also easy to do, and isn't confusing at all. Absolutely worth the value for money, especially with their student deals over the summer. The padlocks are also great quality and I have no worries about the safety of my belongings. The Cardiff Now Storage is easy to access and find. Overall I'm very impressed with my experience with Now Storage and will absolutely be using them again the next time I move house.

I’ve had a great experience using Now Storage in Cardiff! The site is very clean, secure and easy to access, with plenty of space and a goods lift available to access units on the first floor. Booking was very easy and the team were really helpful and professional from the beginning. Great value for money and I am confident my belongings are safe with the 24/7 CCTV. I’d definitely recommend Now Storage in Cardiff to anyone looking for affordable but really professional and reliable self storage 🙂
