Good communication from company, we liked being able to reserve a unit in advance. After a tiring day moving, it was great to find a well laid out site, the unit itself was easy to access with videos to help you if necessary. Clean and tidy inside and easy to get on to site with instructions prior to arrival. My only reservation is confusion regarding moving out day and the cost. I remember being told at the beginning that we would only pay for the days/months we needed. However when we gave notice, we were told we had to give a month’s notice so have ended up paying an extra £120 for nothing. It just wasn’t made very clear I feel and we are £120 worse off because of it.

Really helpful throughout. Responded quickly to all contact and the booking process was explained well and was easy to follow. Communication was clear and reassuring at all stages. The unit was very clean and easy to access. Would recommend.

This is the second time using this facility, I’m really impressed with the security at Now Storage Lydney. The site feels safe and well maintained, with monitored CCTV and secure gated access providing great peace of mind. The staff are very helpful and the units are clean and easy to access. Highly recommended
