ReviewMore than a 5-star experience here! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️After a very last-minute attempt at finding storage, Gavin came to the rescue and managed to secure me a space. Then came the small issue of me having very much miscalculated (by MILES 😂) just how much space I actually needed…In Gavin’s words, “There’s no problems, only solutions” — and he absolutely lived up to that! He swapped my storage space on the same day for one that was much better suited to the sheer amount of stuff I had somehow bought. 🤣Sean was also incredibly accommodating when we realised we’d completely forgotten to get a fob at check-in and sorted us out with one the next day. They even kindly lent us a padlock!To say I was not remotely prepared for this storage malarkey would be an understatement 😂 But luckily, with Gavin and Sean at SafeStore Sheffield, I didn’t need to be!Nothing was too much trouble, both were genuinely helpful, friendly and went above and beyond to make what could have been a very stressful situation completely painless.Thank you both! You’ve been absolute stars — 10/10 would recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Good location and easy to access, really reasonable pricing that includes insurance (other “cheaper” options didn’t include, so didn’t actually work out cheaper). Units and site are really secure, clean and dry. Amazing customer service through the whole process from choosing a unit, moving in, and after. All the staff are very friendly. Shoutout to Gavin and Sean for going out of their way to be helpful! Would definitely recommend.

The staff are very friendly, helpful. Hallways and inside the storage unit is very clean and well maintained. My only issue is that the ground floor toilet is seriously neglected. It is in a very bad state, and needs a deep clean. To me it only looks like the bins, soap and toilet roll gets replaced. The only reason for 4/5 stars is because the cleanliness of the toilet needs to improve. Either way I would still recommend this safestore to others.
