Excellent team and great customer serviceI’m very happy with Safestore and honestly would not want to go anywhere else. The whole team are always friendly, professional and willing to go the extra mile to help with literally anything.I have been at the storage nearly every day for over a year now, and the staff are always very helpful, including taking in parcels or temporarily storing them for us when needed. They are also always happy to advise regarding payments, help work out the best prices and find the most suitable option.Before coming here, I was moving storage almost every year and I have probably used most storage places in Stockport and the surrounding area over the past few years. This is the first time I have actually decided not to move, and that is mainly because of the professional customer service and the great team here.The location is also very good, with easy access to the car park, and you can drive inside with your car which makes loading and unloading much easier. Extended hours have never been an issue either, which is very helpful.The only small downside is the lift, but even if there are any issues, the staff are always happy to help.Overall, it is a great place with a fantastic team. Highly recommended.
