Space station really helped me out, moving out of my house my next accommodation wasn't quite ready to move into, so they arranged a removal service free of charge to Space station, Stirchley, where a lock up was arranged to store my belongings, even though I only needed storage for a couple of months, it was a god send..... Reception staff, removal staff, & anybody i spoke to on the other end of the phone, were only too happy to help....Great service.
Same too they don’t stop calling you even give out your number, unprofessional staff, not secure? Money crapping it’s a no No for me & can I trust there removals. Too good to be true for me. Asked for insurance in the email quote now she is saying im going to sort that out myself. Had to beg for quote call your going to another space station. All rings alarm bells to me. U can’t trust no1 these days. Easy open access to there doors i dont like keep it old school a secure key & padlock. Could ent see 1 camera insight on that floor. 1 bad staff can make u just walk well away. They say on eBay takes a long time to build customers. Takes 1min for 1 to walk away. 1st impressions Always counts. Call after call like scammers. Ain’t got much reviews for been open that longs. Pressure in you & don’t know my finance they must get paid off a commission?!? Rude good reviews could most all likely to be fake? You only know until you have been inside. & the customer is always right. And your lie in i have been here you have a staff called mya. What else you lie in about called someone the other day to remove my number off your corrupted system. And she was giving me a storage room were it is not fully protected any1 can get a ladders from the next storage & come over inside to mine. No camera's covering every floor go net & protect your store rooms properly. Find a better 1 unprofessional staff? Lie in owner google believe us not you costumer never really lies you do good bye you are the weakest link. Do u want me to put the emails from u lie in people on here Prove who is fake & telling porky pies? Rubbish staff talking about what she is selling wigs & nails unprofessional staff lol?
Me and my husband visited recently as we had to sell our mums house so had to store her valuables and items somewhere in the meantime. We were greeted by Holly and Mayya, they informed us everything we needed to know and made sure we knew every detail. For people who know nothing about storage we were super pleased with this service, we did visit another storage store but nothing compared to here. It was sparkling clean, even smelt like paint still! when we are ready we will be going with space station!
