I had a very poor experience at Space Station Storage in Stirchley and left without proceeding.On arrival, the only staff member present, a woman named Holly, was not immediately available, and we had to call out several times before she came out. When she did, the interaction felt slow, dismissive, and unprofessional. She rolled her eyes, moved very slowly, and spoke in a way I found patronising and passive-aggressive.I did not feel comfortable during the visit. There was no other staff member on site, and the overall atmosphere made me uneasy, so I made an excuse and left.Given the number of positive reviews mentioning the same staff member, my experience felt completely at odds with what is described here, and I question their authenticity. Based on this visit alone, I would not return.Space Station management should review staffing, supervision, and customer service standards at this location.IN REPLY TO SPACE STATIONYour response states that CCTV footage was reviewed, however I have not been contacted for dates or times, so it is unclear how any specific footage could be assessed.My review reflects my genuine experience during that visit. It was not intended as a personal attack, but as feedback on how the interaction felt to me as a customer and why I chose not to proceed. Feelings of discomfort, perceived dismissiveness, and deciding to leave are subjective experiences and remain accurate.I also find it concerning that a negative review is framed as illegitimate or threatening rather than treated as customer feedback. How a business responds to criticism is as telling as the original experience itself.

Very professional setup with friendly knowledgeable staff. Both Maya and Peter, who dealt with the initial contract and induction, were helpful.

Great customer service , Holly showed us around a few units so we knew what we would be looking at size wise , she told us all the costs involved and explained the whole process thoroughly. Highly recommend using Space Station and especially Stirchley branch !

I can’t recommend highly enough!!! They were compassionate and patient with me at a distressing time. The staff are friendly and approachable. The storage facility is immaculate. We were very impressed with the security and technology involved at the site and the availability to be able to access the unit without any appointment. Should I need storage in the future, I would use again without any hesitation.
