Used Garrets Green space station storage. Very easy site to navigate. App for entering is very straight forward. Lots of different sizes of units available. We used their free removal from my house to the unit. This was a very good service and saved me a lot of time and effort. Very clean and tidy site. Staff very approachable and friendly. Highly recommended using them.

I recently stored my furniture at Space Station Storage, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience.From the very beginning, the service was outstanding. They even provided a free removal service when I first moved my items in, which made the whole process so much easier. The facilities are clean, safe, modern, and very well maintained. Throughout the few months I was there, I always felt my belongings were secure.What truly sets this branch apart, however, is the incredible staff. Richard and Lisa from the storage office were absolutely amazing — especially when I needed last-minute help arranging removal. On the day I was moving out, my original removal company unfortunately let me down, which was extremely stressful. Richard immediately stepped in , contacted Adam from office next door (CBS Vehicle Solutions Ltd )and managed to find a driver, Ali, at very short notice.Ali was fantastic — calm, patient, and clearly very experienced. He knew exactly how to pack the van efficiently to make everything fit safely and handled all my furniture with great care. He and his colleague Adam were both professional, respectful, and accommodating. Their help turned what could have been a disaster into a smooth and manageable move.I genuinely can’t thank them enough. The whole team goes above and beyond for their customers, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, professional storage services.

Been with Space station for around 6 months now, no issues to report. Extremely clean and tidy facilities. Easy to access with lots of parking most of the time. Well priced, recently moved to a larger storage unit with them, was nice and simple to switch over. The staff are great and a good team. Priya handled the handover both times, was very helpful regarding some additional needs and concerns I had. Very smooth to deal with, they provide you with lots of information and make it an easy process. Very fast replies to any emails too from Richard and Co. They go above and beyond. The units are very modern and spacious. Great height wise. Access is all keyless and without padlocks or codes, download the app and its a breeze to use.

I experienced excellent service at Space Station Hall Green. They efficiently managed the removal of our belongings, even the heavier items, with great care. The team was incredibly supportive and friendly, particularly Evelina, Richards, and Priya, who went above and beyond to assist us. Priya was especially helpful, keeping us updated on parcel deliveries. All the staff were courteous and kind. I highly recommend Space Station for any storage requirements, whether large or small.
