We used SCA to store our furniture and belongings for 6 months for a house move.The team couldn't be more helpful, and it was always easy to get hold of someone if I needed any help.Great value for money, and particularly appreciated being able to drive right up to the unit - really useful.Can be a bit tight driving round the site, and you could sometimes get trapped if there was someone else parked up at their unit. But that didn't happen much, and people were helpful and moved out of the way if you needed them to.Thanks SCA - if we need storage again, we know where to go! :)
Absolutely outstanding experience with City Self Storage! From start to finish, the whole process was smooth, professional, and genuinely stress-free. The staff went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble.The facility itself is spotless, secure, and really well maintained — you can tell they take a lot of pride in what they do. Access was easy, everything was clearly explained, and I always felt confident that my belongings were in safe hands.What really stood out though was the customer service — friendly, responsive, and actually caring, which is rare these days. It made a huge difference and turned what could’ve been a hassle into a really positive experience.I honestly couldn’t recommend them more highly. If you’re looking for storage, this is the place to go! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Easy enough to deal with for certain things like payment, I had a few issues with storing a car and the unit wasn’t suitable. In the end I moved the car to a rent a driveway but for everyday storage it was decent enough, luckily enough the site was in a quiet area as the main gates were quite often open but on the whole was one of the better storage options I think
