We stored our items with UK Storage for 15 months popping by from time to time to keep an eye on things. Access to site was via our own gate code and we had our own lockable keylock on our unit. Overall site seemed reasonable secure however they could of done with a few more cctv camera's to increase the security onsite. The Unit's were clean and heated for colder weather, although we saw no evidence of the heaters working during our visits. We had a few problems with charges being increased despite a promise of a 12 month freeze and an issue with a refund at the end. However these issues were finally sorted by several emails either side an in a courteous way which concluded my queries amicably. Overall not a perfect experience hence the four stars but a company that I would recommend for storing your items.

UK storage supplied me a unit within the hour of my phone call. I was in the middle of buying a house but the completion date was moved by two weeks and I'd stupidly had over my rented property leaving me homeless with a house full o furniture. I'd used the storage before when I moved two years ago and they were as good this time around as they were last time. It was a bank holiday and the price was worth it for short term rent, and CCTVso your belongings are 100% safe. The staff were amazing too, from payment to the door codes within the hour. A massive plus its 24 hours allowing us to empty our house while we continued to work, even bigger bonus was when we finally got the keys to our home we didn't have to rush moving in. UK Storage 🇬🇧 all the way for piece of mind.

We needed to use a storage facility for 12 months and picked UK storage for their competitive prices. From start to finish they were a professional and helpful company to deal with. Access to the site was easy and the unit itself was very clean and of a high standard. I even had a rebate for giving up the unit early - I wasn’t expecting that!! Thank you.

I was impressed by the level of service from The UK Storage company Cornwall, I got replies to all my emails almost immediately even on a Sunday. Very easy service to use in secure surroundings with clear instructions on how to use the facilities. Staff are friendly but professional.Good price for the size of unit I had, I would happily recommend their service and would use again if the need arises.
