Terrible company and I would not recommend. Two good things to start: the unit was dry. The staff were friendly.Everything else was awful. Every single step of the process was riddled with errors and mistakes, from the very first quote to handing back the unit when finished. Every person I spoke to gave me conflicting information, they were unable to get my details correct causing payment issues from the outset.If you’re planning on using this company while doing something else stressful in your life (like moving house) then avoid.

The worst storage I have used, both for the actual units and the company. Really difficult to access a lot of the units as they are facing away from where you park so you have to manoeuvre through narrow pathways between units to get to yours and it’s all gravel so you can’t use a trolley to move anything because it doesn’t work on the gravel. A lot of the units are right next to (less than a metre) from a factory which has sudden, repeated loud noises (like metal hitting metal) which is really unpleasant and makes me jump a lot. The locks are exposed to the rain so go rusty very quickly and then you have to be hitting the lock with a hammer to try and shift the rust to get the unit to open. Constant issues with payments. I originally had a direct debit set up and every month they said it had failed and that they’ve added a late fee and blocked access to the site There was always money in the account so no reason for it not to be taken, and then I’d have to phone them and they’d admit there is a system issue and they’d sort it all and “look into it” before next month. So then, on their advice, I stopped the direct debit and paid manually each month upon receiving an invoice. Now, every single month they say they have not received my payment and are blocking access. Each month they come up with a different reason why they did not realise I had paid and that they will “look into it” again before next month. On the invoice, they request a specific reference to be put on the payment and don’t understand that you can’t put that plus the unit number because the reference can only be a certain number of characters. Would love to move my stuff out of here but it would be so much effort to hire a van so will unfortunately have to stick it out.

It is a storage unit and not much to say except that the units were clean secure and easily accessible. I never had a problem with parking. After several weeks I realised I needed 24/7 access. A phone call and a short while later I was given this at no additional cost. Its NOT the cheapest storage units in the area but the difference is only a few pounds per month I would definitely use them again! After all you get what you pay for.

Good location and very reasonable prices for student over summer storage. Variety of sizes to suit all needs. Easy to contact and very quick to refund at end of let. Will definitely use again.
