We paid twice on the same day at the start of the contract and notwithstanding sending proof of both payments only one credited to account. The last proof includes going to bank and having to certify the payment. My wife was asked last week to get a further extract from the bank that she can only get by personally going to the bank...the problem is my wife went overseas last week and only returns in two weeks and on the weekend we were locked out of our unit and a penalty charge added. I went to the storage unit this morning...could not access so I phoned customer service and spoke to the same person that spoke to my wife last week re requiring additional proof of payment. I explained we had been locked out and it was not possible for my wife to personally go to the branch again and i needed access. I was told they would not budge and give me access and basically she would need to get it sorted when she returned....shocking service and I felt the person I spoke to on the recorded call rude.

This was a great place to store student belongings between terms. Easy to book, good communication, clean facility. We booked a small unit which was more than enough.

The first time I have used a storage facility and I was very impressed with the service. The staff were really friendly and the contract flexible and rapid to set up with only 2 weeks notice on exit. The unit itself was new and spotless. Staff I met on site were also really helpful. I thought getting storage sorted would be a considerably bigger hassle, but this company made it easy. I'd recommend them without reservation.

Needing a storage facility in Plymouth then don't waste time looking elsewhere. My Wife and I needed a storage unit locally for an unspecified time. I contacted UK storage among others. I was delighted with their quote and brilliantly flexible terms and approach to business. On occasions where I needed outside of hours access for a nominal charge no problem. The unit was clean, water tight and well. signed as was the whole site. At the conclusion of my rental following my move to France my account was in credit. This was promptly refunded to my bank account with no chasing. Evey member of staff who I spoke to was a great ambassador for the Company. All in all based on my experience UK Storage Company will take some beating. I highly recommend them and thank them for a great experience.
