Firstly be aware there are NO customer lifts. Lifts availble are for goods only. On arrival I had to call the contact center 3 times, queuing every time for the following reasons: no staff available on site, unable to access the unit, lock not available within my unit, unit was not what I ordered. Much cheaper to get storage insurance elsewhere. Online platform dows not provide detailed invoicing.

So, storage may not be the most exciting thing in everyone's lives, but when you need it, you need it quickly, efficiently and at a decent price. We used UK Storage's facility to bridge a gap between moving out of our old home and into our new one. The whole process was very simple, very flexible and the staff we spoke to we knowledgeable and very helpful. I we had to use storage again, I'd recommend these guys. The sites are unmanned, but PIN or phone call makes access really easy and importantly, we were very confident that our worldly possessions were secure.

At first we were concerned that the lockups were not manned but after getting the emailed information we were pleasantly surprised that it was easy and hassle free to access the lock-up. The system used is easy and we had not problems putting our goods into the very clean, tidy and dry facilities. If we need to use storage again we will certainly use UK Storage as we felt confident our belongings were stored in safe, dry and clean conditions. Also all the staff we had contact with were professional and extremely polite and helped us with any queries we had. Highly recommend.
