Excellent experience with UK Storage Company at their Norton Fitzwarren facility. Secure 24hr access, well lit area with clean units. Easy to use app which made the checkout process really straightforward. I also contacted customer services twice via email with a couple of queries, and each time they responded within 24hrs and were extremely helpful. Would definitely use again!

Needed storage when I sold up and moved into rental while renovating the family home. UK Storage provided a first rate service over the 18 months I was with them. The units were safe secure and easy to access while the staff were always helpful and polite. Highly recommended.

We stored a mix of household items and furniture from March to February. Somehow the content of our unit became very damp and damaged many of our items. UK Storage were very unhelpful offering no compensation and not even an apology, just saying we had to make a claim on our insurance. It was so damp in one part of the unit that things had gone mouldy, even mattresses that we had put covers on, and cardboard boxes fell apart when we picked them up. All the units are outside at UK Storage Taunton and after this experience I would recommend getting indoor unit to avoid ingress by the weather. Even before this incident I found they were difficult to deal with, they were generally unhappy that we had gone for separate (cheaper) insurance and it felt like they would try to be difficult and squeeze us for more money where they could. Really do avoid for any items that could get damaged by damp and especially over the wetter months. They might try to deny that this happened but I have no reason to make it up, I am just trying to warn others of my experience and UK Storage will of course be bias! If anyone else has similar experience then do let me know and perhaps we can make a case against them for failure to deliver the service that was paid for. Oh and there are lots of good reviews.... for people where things have gone well... but I think the true measure of a company is how they help when things haven't gone well.
