Review of Annexx Leblanc – Unprofessional and Concerning ExperienceMy name is Jithendra Rao, and I recently had a very frustrating and unpleasant experience with Annexx Leblanc. Over the course of my interaction with the company, I was charged five separate times for different amounts, which seemed confusing and unaccounted for. Despite this, I began receiving threatening emails from them claiming that I had not paid for two months and that they would cancel my contract and take my items.I have made multiple attempts to resolve this issue by emailing them, but their responses have been unhelpful and dismissive, simply instructing me to pay the alleged amounts. In addition, when I requested to speak to someone in English for clearer communication, they ignored my request and continued with the same message, demanding payment without offering any clarification.This entire experience has left me upset and dissatisfied with Annexx Leblanc’s customer service and handling of the situation. The lack of transparency, poor communication, and unprofessional attitude are unacceptable. I would strongly advise anyone considering their services to be cautious and fully aware of potential issues.

I am happy that i stock by goods with Annexx Blanc-Mesnil, their box is so neat, clean and more importantly under good security watch and also with a good and understanding staff with good manner of approach.

Super nice personnel, always ready to help and reply to emails very quickly. Very easy to access through a personal gate/door code and always guarded by safety cameras. I had a great experience and would 100% come back if need be.
