Easy-to-access storage unit that I was able to reserve online

Very disappointed, I cancelled.I called to inquire. The sales representative called me several days in a row to finalize my reservation.I finally booked and wanted to see the storage unit to make sure it was suitable. I went there, but I couldn't open the door. I called the contact person around 12:15 PM, during their office hours, but there was no answer. They called me back around 1:00 PM... I had already gone back to work. The door code provided in the confirmation email was incorrect. I went back another available day, got the correct code, and entered the facility—hooray! My storage unit reference number is 09. In the facility, the units are identified by a letter and a number, and they are spread across several floors. I don't know which unit I am... A09, B09... G09? Which floor is it on? I called a little after 6 PM, outside of office hours, okay. I sent a text message with a screenshot showing the incorrect (door code) or incomplete information and requested the missing details to access the storage unit and inspect it.24 hours later, with no response, I cancelled my reservation. I didn't want to be stuck with a truck I couldn't unload.Having to go back several times to inspect a storage unit before renting... not ideal. I gather that the sales team has time to handle the customer, and customer service is overwhelmed. Those are the choices they make!
