The two problems I encountered at the start of my contract (a broken door and water damage to my storage unit) were immediately addressed by the Costockage team. They quickly repaired the door and offered me a solution to move my belongings to another unit. I must also mention the exceptional friendliness of everyone I dealt with.
Super practical, very well maintained premises and the service is super responsive.
Very good communication with customer service. It's the best value for money I've found in my area. I'm only giving it 3 stars because the automatic door hasn't worked for two weeks. I feel the safety isn't guaranteed. I'll update my review when the necessary work is done to repair it.
