Sad to have to leave such a poor review, but given the management's lack of response, I feel compelled to inform the storage unit tenants and anyone who might be interested in renting. The premises are completely unsecured. There is no alarm, and I'll explain: the digital sign at the entrance was ripped out, and the company wasn't informed. The storage unit was therefore open without anyone being aware of it. After reporting it, no action was taken. Furthermore, the entrance gate is constantly open and has never been repaired in 15 days.
