The storage facility is increasingly resembling a pigsty: trash on the floor, screws lying everywhere (perfect for damaging tires), not to mention the group of travelers huddled next to the unit, which is absolutely not reassuring regarding the risk of theft. They'll tell you about their security cameras, but they only work half the time.In short, there are plenty of storage companies in Taverny; my advice is to avoid this one.Stay away.

Avoid at all costs.The premises are poorly maintained, there are no trash cans on site, only those belonging to some tenants outside, creating a general pigsty.Unauthorized car repairs, car washes, vehicles constantly parked illegally, and so on. In short, avoid it: it's expensive for nothing.And if you have a problem, say a prayer; it's more effective than calling them. Their sales representative is useless except for selling you rentals, and only answers when he has time.In short, considering the price they charge, the service is deplorable.

Catastrophic!I retrieved the keys on November 28th from inside, where shelves were being stored that they were supposedly going to remove after several calls. The shelves weren't removed until December 6th at 8 PM. I obviously requested to be invoiced for the date the shelves were no longer in the business premises, as I hadn't entered the premises.They refused. They didn't listen to me. They refused to cancel this contract, which, as far as I'm concerned, is null and void, given that they aren't respecting their own contract. A €6,000 deposit and €2,600 in fees. A €2,980 charge, even though I didn't even set foot in the space. If you want to avoid legal fees and lawyers, avoid Storage 24. I'll see you very soon in court.
