I am absolutely delighted with my self-storage space. The place is clean, dry, and secure, allowing me to store my belongings with complete peace of mind. Getting in touch was quick and easy; the person was very friendly and responsive. An excellent solution for finding a flexible space that suits my needs. I highly recommend it!
I've been renting a storage unit since May 2025, and today, in barely three months, I had the unpleasant surprise of finding dampness on my belongings. I had to throw away a box of books; my things reek of damp. I'm in the basement (the floor is the same as the one outside). I'm worried about my appliances and my table, so I'm going to look for another unit in Roubaix. I regret not having inspected the unit when I rented it due to lack of time, and frankly, when I saw its condition, I had serious doubts. The customer service is terrible because when I explained to the representative that my belongings were full of dampness after only three months, no solution was offered. And there's a huge speed bump at the entrance, which makes access extremely difficult. Avoid this place; it's more like a garage than a storage unit!
Fast and efficient rental. The garage is clean. Just one downside is the speed bump at the entrance that really hurts the car. So I didn't go in. And the fire extinguishers that block the doors so they stay open, I almost knock them over every time with my stuff. Otherwise, I'm satisfied!
