Unsanitary basement storage units with an unprecedented mold infestation—I've never seen anything like it: white, yellow, green, and even purple mold!! The freight elevator has been out of order since 2023 and has never been repaired. Prices keep increasing during the contract; €2-3 each time is insignificant, but since I've been renting, the rate has increased by €17 per month! Oh, and don't pay any attention to the 5-star reviews; those are people who just wanted their €5 discount. Look at this email I received instead:"Want to reduce your storage unit bill in Dunkirk? We have a deal for you: you give us a little boost, and we'll give you €5 off your next rental. If you're satisfied with our services, simply visit our Google page and leave us a 5-star rating." My sofa is ruined, and the rest of my belongings/papers are beyond saving...Avoid at all costs.

The storage unit met my requirements, and the premises were very clean. There was a ramp for a hand truck and a transfer trolley available. The building entrance was easily accessible and wide.

I am amazed by the quality of the service. It was very easy to rent the storage unit that best suited my needs (36 m³) to store my furniture without knowing the rental period.The unit was very clean, easily accessible, and very secure. After 18 months, I terminated the rental agreement, 15 days before my move, also very easily. Thanks to the good ventilation, my furniture and boxes were in the same condition as when I arrived. My interactions with the team, from beginning to end, were very satisfactory. I highly recommend this solution.
