At Kostok Chelles, the floor isn't clean everywhere, neither on the ground floor nor the first floor. You'd think it was coming from the bottom of shoes… The storage unit isn't high enough to reach the ceiling, but it's not protected either, just a very wide grate. Four days after dropping off my belongings, I returned to my unit and found rat droppings, and some boxes and bags were shredded. Obviously, there was no food in them. It's a disaster. No one mentions this when you sign up. I imagine there's no cleaning service. I'm already looking for another storage space after only five days.P.S.: Other rats were gnawing in the neighboring units while I was taking things out.

Access is simple and secure, movement is easy, and transporting items is facilitated by trolleys and a freight elevator. Excellent service

I emptied my storage unit today after 15 months of renting it. The first bad news was that the freight elevator was broken, so it was a disaster, considering I'm disabled, but I had no choice; I had already rented the truck. When I opened the unit, the smell was nauseating and unbearable, and the unit was covered in millions of mouse droppings! My unit was overrun with small and live dead mice. In total, there were four dead mice, including two on my sofa and two inside the protection of my large mattress. And about ten live mice... As a result, I had to throw away my sofa, which was in new condition, and my 140x200 mattress. And three boxes of clothes because the mice chewed through the boxes to get in. I'm disgusted. Of course, they are unreachable by phone. I strongly advise you not to rent a storage unit from them, otherwise all your furniture will be thrown away. A disgrace.
