Unfortunately, I had a very frustrating experience with this storage company. As a non-resident without a French phone number, I was unable to complete the rental process — something that was not clearly communicated from the beginning. Despite several attempts to clarify and proceed, the communication was unclear and inconsistent, which led to a significant loss of time on my end.This lack of transparency and accessibility makes the service very difficult to use for international clients or newcomers to France. I hope the company improves its communication and offers more inclusive options in the future.
