As a long-time customer, I haven't been able to access my storage unit for six months due to an incident on site. A landslide!I requested urgent access to my unit to retrieve something I need quickly, but unfortunately, they offered me an appointment in 10 days.We're already victims because our equipment has been stuck there for six months, and on top of that, they're making things difficult for the customer.Furthermore, customer service is giving us the runaround and speaking to us very rudely.I can't wait to get my equipment back from there before I file a complaint, I hope!
