I think this seems more like a budget hotel than anything else, so I am unsure why it’s promoted as Ibis Styles. Getting to the room was like a maze as I went around the hotel, through the breakfast room to take the tiny lift (which is enough for only one person with luggage) to get to my room. Also it wasn’t so straightforward getting to the room as I had to take the second lift to the room (after the staff showed me). The room felt claustrophobic as well. I made sure to stay out even in the rain as I didn’t like the overall feel to the hotel.

We booked IBIS STYLES PARIS GARE SAINT LAZARE on July 24, but since one of our travel companions has limited mobility, we tried to contact the hotel with some questions. However, no one ever responded — only an automated virtual assistant. We eventually decided to cancel the booking and reserve another hotel instead.Despite never checking in on September 2, we were still charged the full amount of $217.60. When we made the reservation, there was no clear notice stating that the booking was non-refundable. The “non-cancellation” policy only appeared after we received the confirmation email.This is clearly a scam, so please be cautious when booking through this platform. I have already filed a complaint with the government!

This is a good hotel. The location is great for walking around and close to several metro lines. My room was small but it was only me, so the size was perfect. Breakfast is included, and the staff is very nice. They held my luggage after check out at no extra cost. The only negative was that I could hear noise from outside late at night.

As always, Ibis Styles never disappoints! This time, we stayed at the Gare Saint-Lazare location with my family. We had a room with a double bed and a sofa bed — it was comfortable and worked well for us. One of the highlights was the terrace, which was a lovely bonus.The location is great — very convenient for getting around. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise with a good selection of cheeses, fresh baguettes, and other tasty options. They even had a fresh orange juice machine.The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. All in all, a solid experience and another great Ibis Styles stay!
