I liked the service. They're efficient and make things easy and quick. The only downside was that they made a mistake by one letter when typing my email address, which I'd sent them via WhatsApp. When I downloaded the app, the data fields were pre-filled, and I assumed my email was correct. "My mistake for not double-checking."That's why I didn't receive the notification in my email, and I couldn't open the door with the app.The problem is that once it's done, there's no going back. I don't think this is a common issue, but I believe they should look into improving this.Despite that, I had no problem entering the code on the door, and everything went smoothly.Otherwise, everything is very well maintained and organized. There's good lighting and the doors are good quality, and it's been very useful.
